Your dog's welfare is my number one priority and I work on a one-to-one basis to ensure each dog is groomed to your requirements. On arrival, I will check your dog all over for lumps & bumps, sore bits, fleas, ticks etc. This covers every inch of your dog: between toes, under the tail, in the ears, mouth and belly.  I encourage new clients to book a short "meet and greet" appointment where your dog can have a gentle introduction to the salon and myself before a full groom. This is a great chance to build positive associations with being groomed and allows you to ask any questions. It also allows me to establish any areas of concern or anxiety your dog may have in relation to grooming and discuss how I can address this. This appointment will take approximately 30 minutes and costs £15 payable by cash or Bank Transfer.
